American pancakes with Ísey Skyr
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt tsp salt
30 g sugar
170 g Ísey Skyr vanilla
160 ml milk
1 teaspoon vanilla drops
1. Put all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and stir together.
2. Mix eggs, skyr, milk and vanilla drops together and stir well.
3. Mix the dry ingredients together and stir until everything is well mixed.
4. Put butter in a pan over medium-high heat and bake the pancakes.
Serve with syrup, cream, blueberries and strawberries, or whatever your heart desires.
