Iced Coffee with Vanilla Skyr
Recipe for two persons
- Ice cubes
- 300 ml brewed coffee, chilled or at room temperature
- 170 g Ísey vanilla skyr
- 100 ml whole milk
- ½ frozen banana
- Mix skyr, milk and frozen banana in the blender until smooth and creamy, set aside.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour over the coffee.
- Add the creamy skyr mixture over the coffee and stir lightly.
