Christmas Skyr Bowl

Ingredients

500 g Ísey Skyr Vanilla

2 tabelspoon chia seeds

Almond flakes

Pomegranate

Cinnamon Cake Granola

 

Directions

  1. Put skyr in a bowl together with the chia seeds and mix well. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  2. Place cinnmon granola on top, along with almond flakes and pomegranate seeds.

 

Cinnamon cake granola

160 g coarse oats

60 g pecans

60 g almonds

30 g hemp seeds

2 teaspoons cinnamon

¼ teaspoons ginger

¼ teaspoons salt

¼ teaspoons cloves

100 g agave syrup

60 g coconut oil

1 teaspoons vanilla drops

 

Method

  1. Heat the over to 170 degrees and place baking paper in the oven.
  2. Mix the oats almonds, pecans hemp seeds and all the spices in a bowl and stir together. 
  3. Put syrup, melted cocnut oil and vanilla drops together in a bowl and stir everything well.
  4. Mix everything together in a bowl and stir until everything is well mixed.
  5. Put the mixture on a baking sheet, spread everything well and bake for about 30 mintues. It is important to stir the mixture after 15 min.
  6. Take out of the oven and let it cool completely before you put it on the breakfast bowl or in a box.
