Crustard toast with Ísey vanilla skyr

3 sliced of bread


1 egg

3 tbs Ísey vanilla skyr

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tsp honey





Powdered sugar



  1. Turn on the oven and set to 200°C, and add baking paper to the oven tray
  2. Stir egg, skyr, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl until well blended
  3. Take a spoon and press down a little the center of the bread to secure that the blend sits well on the bread slice
  4. Add the skyrblend on top of each bread slice, add few sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the skyrblend.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  6. Serve with honey or/and powdered sugar over the bread
